On September 21, 2021, Second Street Gallery presented a hands-on workshop in collaboration with Teeny Tiny Trifecta 4 artist Mary Lamb and Common House. During this workshop led by Mary Lamb, participants learned about the practice of analog collage as it relates to the core themes Lamb explores in her creative work, as well as the importance of analog collage as a practice in storytelling or recontextualizing narratives. Participants created their own collages during the workshop and had access to basic materials such as recycled magazines, assortments of paper, scissors, and glue. Participants were encouraged to bring in their own archival or collected materials such as magazines, newspapers, and old photographs to create work with.
