The Exhibition Preview Party & Fundraiser for HOME and Charlottesville Porch Portraits is taking place on Thursday, April 3, 5:30-7:30PM. This exclusive event is a great opportunity to view these exhibitions before they open to the public on First Friday!

Curated by the Charlottesville Black Arts Collective, Home is a group exhibition showcasing the work of 21 artists, exploring rich and diverse interpretations of ‘home’ in Black communities. Whether as a physical space, cultural identity, or  emotional state, the Charlottesville Black Arts Collective highlights how the concept of home resonates collectively in our lives, memories, and futures.

Charlottesville Porch Portraits features portraits of members of the local community by Ézé Amos, Tom Daly, Kristen Finn, John Robinson, and Sarah Cramer Shields.
