Hannah Diomataris

Hannah Diomataris (b. 1986) works primarily in mixed media collage, interested in using everyday materials to explore themes of material culture, sustainability and memory. She received her BFA in Photography from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2009, with continued education at Penland School of Craft (2016) and Arrowmont School of Craft (2019), and manages a studio for a full-time artist. Hannah has shown in group exhibitions in South Carolina and Virginia, and has numerous pieces in private collections across the United States, including a collection of work for a hotel project in Richmond, VA in 2022. She has new work in a group exhibition at Second Street Gallery in Charlottesville, VA opening in June 2024, and in the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art Biennial Exhibition in Virginia Beach, VA opening in July 2024. Hannah lives and works in Richmond, VA.
