Come visit SSG for our next free Family Studio Day event with Draw Charlottesville on Saturday, March 4, 10AM-2PM.

Visitors will be invited to create a work of art that shows their perspective on a place in Charlottesville, or their vision of how a place in Charlottesville might be reinvented. The gallery will provide all the mixed media supplies to enjoy this activity. Images of completed artwork will be shared online as a community art project.

This event is an open studio day that invites families with kids of all ages to spend time and make art together. Drop by anytime between 10AM and 2PM and stay as long as you like - no appointment necessary.

Space is limited and will be first-come, first-serve. If there is no space when you come by, please check back in within 15-30 minutes as families regularly come and go! All children must be accompanied by a guardian.
